1. Therapy Consultation with a sleep specialist to review history and goals.
2. Dedicated In-Lab CPAP Titration Study to find the ideal pressure and mask.
3. CPAP/BiPAP Device & Mask Setup: Hands-on fitting and education.
4. Two Adherence Support Follow-ups (can be via teleconsultation) at 2 weeks and 6 weeks to troubleshoot issues and ensure comfort.
