The Department of Pulmonary Medicine at AIIMS, Jodhpur Organised AIIMS SOMNOCOM 2019 – CME & Workshop in Sleep Medicine.
Prof. J C Suri was invited as the Course Mentor.
He conducted a few sessions as a speaker, was one of the panelists for Case Base Panel Discussion and even conducted a One on One workshop with PAP Interfaces.
Sleeping disorders are still underdeveloped in our Country, therefore this workshop aimed to provide basic knowledge and practical skills related to Sleep Medicine.
The workshop covered the basics of sleep, staging of sleep, scoring of respiratory events and positive airway pressure device titration.
It was targeted towards beginners entering the field as well as those practicing Sleep Medicine.
